These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (“you”, “your”, “Patient”) and Bustari Healthcare Sdn Bhd. By using the Website, submitting our online appointment form, paying a deposit, attending the Clinic, or otherwise engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
If you are booking on behalf of another person (e.g. your child, dependent, or someone you legally represent), you confirm that you have authority to do so and accept these Terms on their behalf.

The Website allows you to request an appointment by submitting a booking form. By submitting a Booking:
We will contact you to confirm the Booking, typically within 2 working hours. If the chosen slot is no longer available (e.g. simultaneous booking), we will offer an alternative time.
For verification, we may send a One-Time Password (OTP) to your WhatsApp before processing the Booking.
A RM50 non-refundable deposit is required for all Circumcision Service bookings. The deposit:
Deposits are not currently required for non-circumcision services. We reserve the right to introduce deposits for other procedural services in future, with prior notice.
